The Health & Wellness Foundations follows our integrative model designed to support and sustain health & wellbeing. This 6-part series presents one course each month. Each course involves recorded content, guided exercises, live meetings, and online discussions that help you align the material to your specific needs and goals. The course schedule is designed to offer flexibility for life & work while providing instructional best practices for a range of learning support, insights, and self-explorations and discovery.

Course 1: Foundations for Your Health & Wellness
Learn about The Foundations approach to managing and sustaining health and wellbeing. We’ll take a look at:
- An overview of your Personal Foundations, the three Foundations for health and wellness practice, and how and when to harness each.
- A closer look at Foundations 1, The Health & Wellness FoundationsTM
- How these the elements of Foundation 1 work together to support our health & wellbeing.
- How to use Foundation 1 for goals setting, with coaching, for creating supportive conditions, and for managing barriers to our goals, health, and wellbeing.

Course 2: Environments for Health & Wellbeing
We begin our dive into the key dimensions of The Health & Wellness FoundationsTM (Foundations 1) by exploring how our home, work, social/community, and online environments support or hinder our health & wellbeing. We’ll look at how to assess and manage our environments to build positive habits, reduce environmental obstacles to our goals, and create more sustainable practices.
Course 3: Practical Living for Health & Wellbeing
We expand our Health & Wellness FoundationsTM into how practical aspects of our lives affect our health & wellbeing. We’ll look at how to assess key aspects of practical living from the lens of health and wellbeing. We’ll also explore practical living factors that can get in the way of our goals, how we manage these dimensions to create support, and how to reduce practical living barriers to our goals and well-being.
Course 4: Relationships for Health & Wellbeing
We explore how we can understand and manage relationship elements to support our health & wellbeing. We’ll build on what we learned in the Environments in Health & Wellbeing course (Course 2) to understand the human (and even animal!) dimensions of the key environments and how we can shape our relationships to better support and achieve our goals and wellbeing.
Course 5: Physical Self in Health & Wellbeing
We now venture into the traditional domains of health: nutrition, movement, health(care), and interventions. We’ll look at how to the physical dimensions relate to each other, how other Foundation 1 dimensions relate to physical health and wellbeing, how we can harness the foundations to support these physical wellbeing.
Course 6: Inner Self & Growth in Health & Wellbeing
We cap off our exploration of Foundation 1 by exploring the importance of our inner self to our health and wellbeing. We look at the dimensions of inner self: creative, emotional, mental, and spiritual. We consider the connection between our inner selves to other dimensions of Foundation 1 and how we can understand, nurture, and shape these connections to strengthen each dimension, from our physical health to relationships to our practical living.

The SPOT Method is designed to assess our situation, gain clarity and focus on our goals and actions, and create a smoother path to achieving sustainable health & wellbeing.
Foundation 2: Spot Yourself! Strengthen Your Health & Wellness Path, Program & Planning
Our wellness is unique to each of us. It involves our knowing our ourselves, what we need to work on, how to manage the opportunities and barriers around us – and how to make them work for our goals. We show you how you can use the SPOT Method to understand how to harness your strengths, focus your goals, expand your support structure and minimize the traps and barriers that get in our way. Add this to your wellness toolkit to target and tackle your goals — and help make them sustainable!

Starts Fall 2026!
Course 1: Intro to The Growth FoundationsTM & External Dimensions
Learn common ways people get stuck when working towards their health and wellness goals (and in general). Understand how the Growth Foundations can help us gain insights into ourselves, alignments with our personal profiles, and how to use the right approaches and tools that can work for us, individually, create sustainable wellbeing. We’ll also begin deeper exploration of the Growth Foundations by looking at the external dimensions that can support us or get in our way.
Course 2: The Self Dimensions
We continue our exploration of The Growth Foundations by looking at our inner dimensions. We’ll learn how they shape conditions and requirements for growth activities, how we can align our activities, tools, and approaches with our needs, and how we can use our insights to lower barriers to our growth and gain breakthroughs.
Course 3: Managing Our Filters
We focus on how our perceptions and other filters shape our choices, how they can present barriers to our health & wellness goals (and growth!), and how we can work on ways to reduce their effects and achieve better planning, preparations, and follow throughs and breakthroughs.
Course 4: Level Up with The Growth FoundationsTM
As we wrap up our explorations of The Growth Foundations, we look at:
- How we can apply the model holistically for your individual goals and practices
- Apply the model for common types of health and wellness goals
- Combine it with the Health & Wellness Foundations (Foundations 1) and The SPOT Model (Foundation 2) to advance and elevate our health & wellness — and personal growth — activities
- Use it for maintaining and sustaining your wellbeing and growth

Food for Life & Well-Being: What Truly Feeds You?
In this foundational session, we introduce the holistic concept of nourishment and explore the key differences between Primary Food (life-giving elements like relationships, purpose, movement, and joy) and Secondary Food (the food on your plate). Through guided journaling, discussion, and coaching-based reflection, you’ll assess your current “nourishment balance,” identify where you’re over- or underfed in life, and begin reconnecting with your inner needs.
