More than this, coaching at The Wellspring Collaborative goes beyond common approaches. We understand that the power of coaching doesn’t simply center around specific goals. We understand that achieving the lifestyle you want involves supporting deeper, lasting, positive changes through insights and practical tools that you can apply day-to-day, moment-to-moment.

We also understand that coaching is unique, not only in terms of your goals and preferences. Coaching works with your life: your medical requirements, schedules, responsibilities, and energy. It should also take into account your many dimensions and how to build positive support around them.

Individual Coaching

Meeting one-on-one weekly, we help you explore the changes you want to make and integrate them into your life. This provides the most individualized coaching support.

Group Coaching

Meet in a small group at scheduled times each week, coaching groups are organized around specific coaching goals and needs. Group coaching works well for those who 1) prefer to work with a coach, with additional group support and/or 2) prefer a smaller coaching budget.

Coaching Masterminds

For health and wellness-minded women who aren’t ready for dedicated individual or group coaching — or just want to explore topics in a group setting — mastermind groups are designed to help you explore new ideas, tools, practices with other women committed to learning more deeply in a community. Meetings are virtual and monthly, with space to explore your interests and questions.
