If you’ve felt stuck, overwhelmed, lost…or simply want to align and streamline your health and wellness practices to your life, vision, or goals, the Foundations 1 course series is the place for you. We designed these courses in response to the frustrations and confusion women express in understanding, managing, and practicing health and wellness — and the flood of content competing for our attention.

The Foundations 1 course series follows our integrative model designed to support and sustain health & wellbeing. This 6-part series presents one course each month. Each course help you understand a key dimension of health & wellness and to harness them to:
- Support your goals and overall wellbeing
- Focus and simplify your health & wellness practices
- Cut through the flood of information noise, distractions, trends, and marketing
- Align your practices and tools with your goals, your needs, and your lifestyle
- Learn methods to help you avoid getting stuck — or to get unstuck!
- Grow towards guilt-free, blame-free practices — find more confidence
- Strengthen & create more sustainable practices — from the outset
Each course involves recorded content, guided exercises, live meetings, and online discussions that help you align the material to your specific needs and goals. The introductory Course 1 is run over two-weeks. Courses 2-6 are three weeks each.
The course schedules are designed to offer flexibility for life & work while providing instructional best practices for a range of learning support, insights, and self-explorations and discovery. Course activities are online and flexible. Choose to engage in course work day-by-day or combine your activities in blocks, according to your schedule. Each Friday, we gather for a live virtual meeting to connect, explore your questions, and share additional insights.

Have a commitment during part of a course? No problem. These courses are designed to allow you to structure content and activities around your schedule. Choose to follow the course schedule, complete your activities on a weekend, or devote other days/times to the course. Spend a couple of hours a week (including the live virtual meeting) or spend more time diving into topics you want to learn more about…you plan your time.
Courses are hosted in our Wellspring Community and access instructions will be provided prior to course start for preregistered participants.
