Food for Life & Well-Being
What Truly Feeds You?
In this foundational session, we introduce the holistic concept of nourishment and explore the key differences between Primary Food (life-giving elements like relationships, purpose, movement, and joy) and Secondary Food (the food on your plate). Through guided journaling, discussion, and coaching-based reflection, you’ll assess your current “nourishment balance,” identify where you’re over- or underfed in life, and begin reconnecting with your inner needs.
