The Process: Coaching begins with our understanding of your needs, circumstances, history, and any goals. From here, we work with you to find ways to make the changes you want by finding opportunities for positive support, uncover and work through barriers, draw new insights that can accelerate your progress, and find ways to make your changes positive and lasting. Coaching sessions are designed to bring awareness, build positivity, and help you make progress, day-by-day, week-by-week.
